Speaking about sending money to other countries, someone whose name I forget
(sorry) emailed me some interesting info. I don't know if it'll help folks
down under, but...

Apparently, members of AAA (Automobile Assn of America) can get Traveler's
Checks for no service charge. That I knew, but what I didn't know was that
you can get these Traveler's Checks in foreign currencies.

Maybe that's good news and maybe it's not. In order for me to send a foreign
currency traveler's check to someone, I'd have to sign it. Once signed, it
really would be the same as sending cash, as anyone could cash it.

John MacLean - You've said online (or was it in the docs to DOS 3.3
Launcher) that it was OK to send you checks in US dollars. Is that because
you have a special account set up for US dollars?
