Re: Apple2 Archive Update



I've had particularly bad luck with Conner drives failing during
installation and/or initial burn-in.  This has happened often enough to not
be pure coincidence and I am now hesitant to recommend Conner drives.  This
includes failed Apple drives in certain Macintosh configurations (e.g.
Macintosh IIsi 4/40).  Quantum drives, on the other hand, are practically
bullet-proof.

(Wanders off mumbling something about all IMHO, but with lots of field
experience to back me up)
