	Yeah, AOL charges regular rates while using mail.  However,
receiving and sending mail to the internet is treated as if the mail
came from another user on AOL.  This is MUCH nicer than charging for
each piece of mail, or however genie does it.  Besides regular rates
on AOL is $4.95 non-prime, and that's going to drop to $3.50 or
something...  which is a great deal.
