ProDOS files with no corresponding type get a creator of pdos and the type and
auxtype are encoded in the Mac filetype. Would it be possible to write an init
that would intercept GS/OS calls and change Mac files with creator pdos to
ProDOS files? (ie: look at the option list and fill in the GS/OS type and
auxtype accordingly)
