BOUNCIN' FERNO II reposted to cco

I received BF II from Joe Kohn today, and threw it up on cco as per his 
request.  I haven't played with it enough to see if the errors people 
(including myself) have reported are actually present in this version, but 
I can say that there are 2 new boards.

For everyone's convenience, I threw in all the other BF levels I could find
to bring the total on the packed disk to *I think* 6.
