Omni Mac Keyboard w/ GS?

I just received a Northgate Omni Mac keyboard from Sun Remarketing for use
with my Apple IIgs.  Overall, I'm happy with it, but I have a few questions:

1.      How can I simulate the Reset key?  I can't find one anywhere on this
        keyboard!

2.      Is there any System 6-compatible software to make use of the Function
        Keys?  I have Bill Tudor's INIT to use F1-F4; are there any other
        programs to do anything useful with the other 11 function keys?

3.      I can't get the greater-than and less-than signs to print.
        Shift-period prints a period; shift-comma prints a comma.  Any ideas
        why?

Thanks for any help.  If I can't fix #1 and #3, I have 30 days to return the
keyboard, but I'd like to keep it if I can get it to work.
