I can't remember the guy's name but he has gotten his TWGS up to 15.00 mhz
WITHOUT the fast gals.  He only changed the CPU,oscillator and used 20ns
SRAMS for the cache.

It seemes to work very well.  I can post the upgrade info he sent me.
His friend CHRIS something did the GALS as well and got another 25% increase
in performance at 15mhz though.
