Problem Installing Orca/C 1.3 - Unresolved Reference Label

I've been using Orca/C v1.1 with /minimal/ problems.  Recently I have 
accquired v1.3.  I followed the documentation and used the installer to
install a new system on my hd.  WELL, when I link ANYTHING I get -Unresolved
Reference Label- errors...  any clues ???

I think this weird because new code and old code creates the same errors.

This is the output of a sample program with 1 line in the main that has
a printf ("some text\n");.....
