I know DAs permanantly take up a little memory, but do CDevs, when they're not
active?

You see, I'm really low on memory and I can't afford to have -anything- loaded
which I don't absolutely need (I'm just glad I can still have Nifty List and
GSBug in mem simultaneously!)
