it does not sample and regenerate the video signal, as a scan converter
does.  Therefore, it should provide an excellent picture on any TV or
monitor capable of 15kHz component input.

This is not a solution for those who want VGA video (for a KVM switch,
for example), but it is a great solution for those who want IIgs video
on a 15kHz (TV) monitor.

Sorry. I missed that point entirely. I thought that was intended to bridge to a VGA display.
