No. You want Merlin, and here it is. (And more.)
If you have a GS, Merlin 16 is great for 8-bit dev.
Otherwise you want Merlin 8 for DOS or ProDOS.

Of course, your first stop should be Asimov:

I think 2.58 is the latest. Can someone confirm?
