Very nice stuff. What I'm trying to do requires something a little
more compact. Fist I need to eliminate as much init code as I can
(so, preferably can I assume the port is already set to 8-bits, etc?)
and just switch the port to 115200 baud and disable all interrupts.

I noticed that ADTPro reads RR8 for data rather than the c03a/c03b
data lines? Is there an advantage to that if using polling?

I'm very close to getting my code to work against kegs, but am in the
midst of tackling a nasty bug (the ][, ][+, //e and //c versions are
not affected)
