I'm not finished yet. I'm making a mirror of the FAQs to put on my site.
I've tracked down bad cables and connectors using a VOM. Is there a way for the OP to see if the card itself is functional, say by storing $10 in $C08A+slot and checking RTS (pin 4)?

What does the FAQ tell us?
