You say that a lot about 65C02, but the target in this case IS a //c
after all.  :-D   I think that in this one case it's a forgivable
sin.  But, as you say, if 6 cycles is too slow then the serial port
idea is a non-starter.  Oh well, it was worth a shot!

You're certainly correct about the 65C02 and the IIc!

It's been so long since I wrote model-specific code that I
didn't even recognize the context when I was in it!  ;-)
