GR  --> Grey Lead
Could be the connection to "Ground" on the motherboard.

I don't think so, that wouldn't make sense, because Ground is present on the
slots. I think it is a connection to the GRAPHICS TIME signal, which is
often just labeled GR. It is present on pin 58 of the AUX slot.

14M --> Green Lead

Probably a connection to the 14 MHz signal.
Yes. It is available on pin 32 of the AUX slot.

Ae  --> Blue Lead
A+  --> n/c

Clearly this is configured for a IIe.
And the blue lead is probably connected to some other
signal on a IIe motherboard.

It might be the video signal. You can find that on pin 28 of the AUX slot.

Are these signals available at any of the IC pins on the board? That would be a simpler point to connect the micro clips.

I figured out where to clip on to the various chips and tried getting a picture from the card. Plugged in a NEC Multisync 3d, which usually can sync to just about anything. All I get is a quick blue flash on power up, then nothing. I think it's getting a sync signal (sounds like it, anyway), but no raster. I'm using a home-made adapter wired to bridge an IBM EGA 9-pin video connector to the HD-15 on the NEC. It works for, e.g. a Commodore 128, but it's possible that's not entirely correct for the Apple card.

If this is intended to emulate the Apple digital RGB monitor, does anyone know the specs for that unit? I can find a fair amount of discussion using Google, but nothing that really comes out and explains the signal format it expects.

Since the Telemax card has no ROM, is it safe to assume that the slot doesn't matter? I tried 7 and 3 with no success.

It's odd that no one has heard of this, given the number of collectors on the newsgroup.
