Sounds like it's trying to boot GS/OS, which would be a good sign at least 
as the HDD would then be 'working'.  You would then want to check the 
Control Panel and you RAM settings.  Assuming the RAM Card is working then 
you may find that you have a large RAM Disk hogging all available RAM which 
would cause the error message when GS/OS loads.

Let us know what you find.
