Yes, 2.4 allows you to write to the image on Apple II's. You can
already write to the image on other supported systems but to do it
with the Apple II's you need the 2.4 firmware. Unfortunately Eric
doesn't have 2.4 up on his website for download. You have to request a
new PIC from him with V2.4 firmware and, of course, since we can't get
a reply from him that means we can't get 2.4.
