I have nearly the same setup:

ROM 3
stock TWGS (slot 3)
Ramfast rev D (slot 7)
Sequential Sytems 4 meg

I also have a 384 meg Focus (slot 6), a Uthernet (slot 4), a VOC (slot 5) and a 
Prograppler (slot 1) in there. Crowded, but everything works great. Are you 
using the original power supply? I used to have problems before I got an ATX,
