Today i was waiting for the Apple IIgs ROM01 with SCSI card: it was
delivered in the late morning.
I've quickly swapped its scsi card to my ROM3 cpu (i put it on slot
3), i've partitioned an 80 MB hard drive (15,32,32).
It appears to be fully functional...but i've some concerns: according
to you (take a look to the photos in the link below) was it modified
to provide +5 termination?

Moreover CPU doesn't boot from drive if the harddrive case on off
switch is off. Is it normal?
I've read somewhere that Apple SCSI revision C was characterized by
the lacking necessity to turn on all chain components. Am i wrong?
