These pins provide video-output. You *cannot* use both at once; you
must select which output is active via a set of jumper pins (see below for
more details).
- "RGB" outputs at NTSC frequency (15.75 kHz) and intended to be
used with the AppleColor RGB or compatible display. If you choose this,
use the D-15 (IIgs-style) cable.
- "VGA" outputs at VGA frequency (~30 kHz) which will work with
most PC and Macintosh displays, even LCDs to some degree. If you
choose this, use the DE-15 (VGA) cable.

You must mean the "P3" jumper pins. This toggles between the
RGB/VGA output (see above). With the jumper attached (closed)
it defaults to VGA output. If you REMOVE the jumper (open) it then
switches to RGB output.
Most people used the card with a VGA display, so the default
here is P3 with the jumper block installed and the VGA cable
attached.

I believe this is the card's feature/expansion connector pins.
Nothing was ever released to use it.

Those are the only cables that shipped with the card. Just
remember to ONLY plug in ONE cable at a time, then set the
jumper accordingly.
Another important thing to remember: if you have a ROM 01
it must be installed in slot-3. The ROM 3 it can install into slots
1 through 6 (but not slot-7). The card is supposed to work in
the Apple IIe as well, but I never had much luck with mine.
I still have a list I compiled of all the Second Sight aware
software that was released, pretty disappointing (not just in
how few programs were written, but what little they did with
the card).
