Thanks for the tips. It all works swimmingly, which when you think
about it, is rather amazing!

I have one question for you, however: your downloads page at
http://homepage.mac.com/speccie/dwn.html has some Apple II files that
have a .txt extension, such as http://homepage.mac.com/speccie/help.txt.

What should one do to get these file uncompressed and executed on the
Apple? Why haven't they been BinHexed or something?
