Cool, thanks for the info.
further checking shows that I have the older ][e, with the 6502, but
the board is the B version of the number they said wasn't upgradable
without changing the MB. So I guess that means if I can get a hold of
the chips, I can upgrade it to the later version.
Any info on that? I mean, how hard is it to get those chips now? Is
it worth it?
How about just swapping the cpu to a 65c02, any benefits in that?
Just curious mostly.
So far it's been pretty cool to mess with.
