Should not be hard - as it is standard Pascal stuff in most cases (unless you are dealing with GS specified files like certain picture or sound format). I just need to have some examples that don't drag too long and too hard to read, as this site is still primary designed for beginners for writing games - maybe I can use score as example, etc.
Or maybe an example of a program that reads a program and prints it in "pretty printed" format--that would do both file and printer I/O and would be useful to a beginner (it would certainly reveal errors in indentation). I'm particularly interested in how easy it is to use binary files, especially reading and writing arbitrary length chunks at arbitrary byte positions, something that Applesoft (actually BASIC.SYSTEM) does very easily.
