The main reason most sellers skip overseas sales is because of PayPal's
seller guarantee only covers trackable items mailed to verified USA, Canada,
or UK addresses. I always accept www.bidpay.com from overseas buyers so they
can bid too. I guess it is bit more hassle, but, if the person is willing to
pay $23+ just for postal costs to have it mailed to them, I can't see
shutting them out in a hobby/niche market. I wouldn't want that done to me
if I was buying something on an E-Bay in another country (say UK).
