If payment is sent by paypal, and you won't ship until after you've
got it...?
Does "pickup on demand" (on the "add extra services" page in the USPS
Postal Rate Calculator) mean that USPS comes to pick it up right at
your door ?
Are these "customs forms" so much of a problem, really ?
Shipping an envelope by USPS to Europe isn't as easy as to the
States ?
