The only reason I used the SCART cable is because the only decent
*and* affordable RGB->YPbPr and RGB->VGA converters I could find were
"European" and use the scart connector; and because buying one from
Roger saved me the time of having to make a cable.    The connector is
just a physical layer issues, and the converters support 60hz NTSC...
so there's no going to 50hz PAL.

Dunno.. but if the Amigo puts out ~15khz RGB, I don't see why not with
the appropriate cable.
