It is typically about $26,000 US a year.

The hard part is realizing that you have a job in which you are responsible 
for and supervise 150 minors who need constant on the job training and you 
are expected to have all the answers to all the learning needs of this 
aggregate. You can't fire them. You just have to deal with all the emotional 
and personality fluctuations of teenagers. What would this responsibility pay 
in industry? In the Army?
