Can you start it manually, with the command:
java -jar ADTPro-0.1.5.jar ?  It was it working for you before, wasn't
it?

If rxtx can't find the serial library (rxtxSerial.dll) it'll probably
behave that way.  I've since fixed it so it will start without serial
support, but 0.1.5 won't.
