Well thanks for pointing that out. I was not aware that it existed.
This provides an answer to the System Disks on Asimov thread.

However, this site does not include software from the  old incarnation
of A2Central e.g. system_software/misc_16-bit/tools directory
I was particularly interested in the Time Zone control panel and
toolset that was reported on in this A2Central article
http://www.a2central.com/portal/?m=200406&paged=2

I'm sure there was other material there too.
