Indeed I have. It seemed to be a faulty power supply that was causing it
grief even way back before it came into my possession. It was the first
thing I checked. The clone is using a known good XT supply right now.

One thing that was a little curious were the displayed letters. The LSB was
set on all of them. ASCII tables are wonderful things for fault diagnosis.
