This display is also often used by Ben Heckendorn for his video
game console modifications.
He's truly ingenious in making new cases, but his new site sucks.

For the newer consoles with higher resolutions he apparently needs
better displays, though. For his so-called "Wii-Laptop" he uses a
7" wide-screen LCD:
