I've still got a few projects like my encoder ps/2 keyboard adapter to finish up.Because I'm too lazy to build my own cabinet, I'm leaning toward scalping a beige IIe and using it to house my Replica 1 SE... I'd like to use the IIe keyboard. Or, if push comes to shove, I could scalp a II Plus... but the IIe is sooo much more plentiful.
But the ][ and ][+ keyboards, with their ASCII outputs, are a much better match to the Apple I. The //e keyboard is just a keyswitch matrix, requiring an encoder on the main board. -michael NadaNet networking for Apple II computers!
