Well, I cracked it open today and had a look. Found a blown fuse,
replaced it and turned it on. That fuse blew. (I can hear Bill Garber
laughing and saying "I told you so!")

Didn't see anything real obvious, except one dubious wire from a
previous repair. How hard is it to detect a blown capacitator?
