Didn't see anything real obvious, except one dubious wire from a previous repair. How hard is it to detect a blown capacitator?
If there is a blown capacitor, it will be shorted, and it will have shorted at least one (probably two) of the bridge rectifier diodes, too (usually in a low, square package about 1/2" or 1" square and 1/4" thick, very soon after the fuse). The capacitors were fine until a diode failed, or vice versa. Often, you'll have to replace both. There is also the issue of a possible "downstream" short that started the whole failure process--like a shorted horizontal output transistor. But worst-case scenarios are not worth considering--you should hope for the best and proceed by replacing the things that are easy to replace, giving up only when it is getting too hard or expensive. ;-) -michael New, faster SUDOKU v2.0 solver for Apple II's!
