You could try downloading that GSOS disk image (someone just posted the
URL... ah yes, here it is...)

Then try making the disk. That just cuts out one step. If that still
doesn't work, you could try another type of floppy drive. I think the
cables and controller will work with earlier floppy drives, but I'm not
positive... maybe someone else knows.
Definitely use DiskDup (I think it was DiskDup+).
