Well, it seems that 5.0.2 was the last demo version offered on the site and now is no longer available there. However, you can get a newer version, but not the latest (5.2.5) here.

Unfortunately, it still isn't the ultimate solution for running Windows applications but for most things, it beats running hardware emulation programs. Even then emulation doesn't run all software either. As an example, Apple Oasis doesn't run properly. The main window doesn't display properly in any variation of Wine.
