Sure, no beef with you Andy, CiderPress has already helped me a couple
of times anyway. When are you going to add drag'n'drop, BTW? ;-)
I just didn't think it would be this difficult to interface an old
drive to an old PC. I spent plenty of time in the 90's playing with
jumpers, cables and BIOS settings to build my own PCs.
(Heh - remember when L2 cache chips were on the motherboard? Sometimes
boards would ship with fake chips. I cracked one open to verify that,
indeed, the legs converged on nothing!)
Anwyay, last call I suppose for suggestions from those who've succeeded
in reading a 40MB Vulcan HD from a PC ...
