If someone's done this, perhaps they give me some tips too:
I found an old PC at work that allows manual entry of the CHS (auto
didn't work on this or other machines) and tried to get the PC to
recognize a Vulcan's WD93048-AD 40MB drive. No luck.
It feels like it's spinning, and when accessed by the PC I can feel the
head moving, after which the drive beeps. Eventually the PC gives an
error. :-(
Also, what's the big potentiometer hanging off the side?
