    Hi,

    I used Nibbles Away II to test the drive speed:
    Drive 1: too fast (from +002x to +005x)
    Drive 2: too slow (from -002x to -003x)

    well, Drive1 is the most problematic of both drives. so this could be 
the problem. can you explain more precisely the position of the adjustment 
screw (I'm not english, please with simple words! )
