Well, not with the chat system that I wrote. It doesn't have a terminal
mode so you couldn't connect to it with a terminal program.  Only the
Chat Client software works.

I was working on a .NET version of a telnet client that would support
PSE, but I never did figure out how to draw the text in exactly the
correct place using GDI+.  It would either be too loose or too tight.
Or at the top of the screen it would look okay, but as it printed down
the screen it would either run together or get farther apart.

On top of that, there really doesn't seem to be any interest at all in
BBS's. Those that put BBS's online accessible via telnet have all shut
down due to lack of interest. There was Rainbows End GS that Charles
Claypoole had up for a while. Then there was the BBS at antsinthepants,
I can't remember the name right now, Karl ran that one. And The BoycoT.
 I guess folks are just too used to the web to be bothered with a
single-user BBS.  It wasn't fun to keep a dead system on the air so one
day I just turned it off.
