While I agree that the disks _should_ be included, but I don't think it's
as cut-and-dried as all that. I guess I'm thinking that given the
vagueness of the description, I would have been inclined to check with the
seller before bidding. Still, if I were the seller I'd probably put good
will before [minimal] profit and send the disks to avoid unnecessary bad
feedback.
