if yes you can only connect a PROFILE 5Mo on this card and a IIe
to connect a 10Mo the ROM must be changed to a 341-299B... but that's not a
problem.


Since I don't have any profiles in working condition (that I've managed to test, anyway - there are about 6 of them in the garage) I don' tthink that's going to be much of an issue :)

I only have one 5MB Profile, and when I got it, its drive belt was
suffering from severe memory effect.  It sounded quite lumpy, but
got better with time, and from sitting after more running.

Mine has a few "pauses" as it is initializing, but it comes ready in
about a minute.

I think its a good idea to power them up every year or so, and let them
do their surface analysis.  It keeps the belts more pliable and spreads
the grease around the bearings.  ;-)
