Here's what I did (the scaredy-cat approach): Go to Radio Shack and get a
2xAA battery holder and 2 AA batteries. Clip the IIgs' battery leads close
to the battery and then just twist the remaining leads around the ones on
the battery holder. Mine's been running for about 2 years on the same set
of AA's and when they do need changing it will be even easier ;-)
