Easiest for a few disks: make sure the disks are .do, then use ADT to
transfer them serially.

Easiest for lots of disks: convert the images to ShrinkIt format, copy
them to a ProDOS-formatted CFFA card, then unpack them with ShrinkIt on
the Apple II.
