    Thank you very much for the answer.  It does answer my question, but 
partial question is still not answered.  I am familiar to chargen.  I have 
used it for 40 column and 80 column in HGR and DHGR.  When you run chargen 
on Apple //e's card in Mac LC, it is supposed to show chargen in color and 
monochrome.  You should have an ability to read chargen in color which it is 
90% readable.  Then, you decide to switch from color to monochrome using 
Finder's setting (Control Panel -- I think so) before chargen in monochrome 
is 100% readable.
    It is an example that I capture chargen in 80 column from 0 through 559 
pixel position.  I cut into half page.  It would be 0 through 279 in the 
left page and 280 through 559 in the right page.  Left page is half 
40-column chargen in color.  Right page is half graphic like drawing 
picture.
    You can't mix monochrome and color in same one page.  If you want 
chargen to be monochrome, then graphic in the right page must be monochrome. 
It is a problem.  The good news is that Apple //e's aux RGB card can support 
color alone, monochrome alone, and mixed color and monochrome in the same 
page, but Apple IIgs and Apple //e's card in Mac LC can't do this.
    Can you please verify if Mac LC can allow chargen (90% readable) and 
graphic in color by setting color in Finder's Control Panel and chargen 
(100% readable) and graphic in monochrome by setting monochrome in Finder's 
Control Panel?  Does it answer my question clearly?
