Hey Dave.  Price would depend on how many units you want.  I don't think 
Jameco sells Apple breadboard or prototype boards anymore.  Digi-Key, which 
is normally expensive on many items, has some 56 finger boards for about $44 
each (PN: v1114-nd).  You'd have to cut three fingers off just to make it 
fit.  Not really an option in my book.

There is another place I've found on the net: 
http://www.douglas.com/hardware/pcbs/breadboards/apple.html.  It's $25 per 
board.  I've never dealt with them.  Has anyone?

You could also "draw" your own board.  I'd use ExpressPCB and layout a PCB 
anyway you want.  It may be more then douglas.com, but you would get exactly 
what you wanted.
