prob non-apple ii related..but to the newsgroups you are choosing


try www.synchro.net he has a win32 or linux based bbs setup (freeware still
supported by author huge)
with built in www server etc.. i think he has a way to feed out newsgroups
to individual outlook express
types..also all sysops that use this system can setup everything to run said
bbs thru his static ip setup (
like no-ip.com) and or just get the newsgroups thru his www site running his
hub bbs

and for those saying this is not apple // related..you can prob figure out a
way using this software (i prob should do this)
and 3rd party dialout program (serial or modem) to connect an apple //
pre-internet bbs via a
serial connection to the internet ( alot cheaper then the wg route i used
years ago)....stuff to muck with...
