i don't really know what synchro net is.  It sounds more like a bbs than a 
news server.  I run a NNTP server here and I want to start carrying 
newsgroups (accessible with news clients like Outlook Express) so I need 
someone to peer with.  If synchro net can do this, somebody explain it to 
me.
