was a great tool in its day for helping speed up the old bbs pkg...fv/metal
etc

i have a 14mhz twgs that  helped considerable when i had it slaved under my
wg 3.20 windows based tcp/ip setup..the card still works and is great...ran
from jan 1991 to sept 2002 24/7 never hickup'ed and was stable at that
speed....

i had run the bbs stuff on a //e version of the card too...before 1991
off/on but accelerators prob fueled bbs setups quite well....slow modem
speeds you had little control over..an acclerator seemed to help compensate
for that
