If you have something that can set the Creator/Filetype on the Mac end,
set the creator to PDOS (or maybe Pdos, but I think the first is more
likely) and the Filetype to TEXT and then copy the file over. (I don't
have any Apple II files handy at the moment to verify.) With this
setup, the ProDOS extension on the Mac should copy files over without
adding a resource fork containing the filetype information.
